Induction Hardened Shaft – Manufacturer & Supplier in Pune, India
Kamal Hydrotech manufactures precision induction hardened shafts from EN8/CK45 steel with surface hardness of 58–62 HRC and surface finish Ra 0.2μm. The induction hardening process selectively hardens only the outer surface to a depth of 1.5–3mm while keeping the core tough and ductile — delivering superior wear resistance without compromising machinability.
Our induction hardened shafts are precision-ground and polished to tight tolerances (f7/f8), making them a direct-fit replacement for standard hard chrome plated rods in applications demanding higher impact resistance. Available in diameters 20mm–200mm and lengths up to 6000mm. Custom sizes to drawing are accepted.
